Shipping Info

Our shipping methods for United States customers are as followed:

We process all orders within 1-7 business days of your order being placed.

Your order is (are) shipped immediately after you receive your order fulfillment email.

Please allow 1-7 days for delivery after you receive your order fulfillment order.

Please also allow up to 14 days for delivery. After 14 days, if you have not received your order, please send us an email with your order number and your first and last name letting us know that you have not received your order.

Our processing time is 1-7 days before actual shipment. During High peak periods and due to the high demand for some of our products, please allow 1-7 days for us to process your orders before shipment. However, we will do our best to ensure that you receive your items in a fast and safe manner as possible.

After your order has shipped, we would send detailed information on your tracking number. Depending on the carrier, (USPS, FEDEX, OR DHL), you should easily have access to your package transit times and progress.

What if your item(s) is/are lost or stolen?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Once your orders have left LovelyIntelligentBeauti's hands, your package is in the care of the postal handler. The customer is required to submit a claim directly with the courier and follow their guidelines. USPS and FedEx recommend waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. After 14 days, please call the customer service team of the courier.

If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please give it time. Sometimes, USPS marks a package as delivered even though it's still in transit. Please give them some time, it's most likely on its way to you. If goods were stolen, a claim can be filed with the carrier.

US Customers

We provide our US customers with free basic shipping anywhere in the US, which can take from 1-7 days depending on the type of product and where it's going.

If you would prefer a faster shipping method at an additional charge, please see the available choices at checkout by entering your State, City, and Zip code.

All US shipments are sent via United States Postal Service.

Customers Outside of The US

The cost of shipping outside of the US NOT included and is based on the rates charged by each carrier calculated at the time of purchase.

How Do I Return My Order?

Be sure to send your order information (your name, order number, email address, and reason for return). All return must be made within 14 days of product being delivered to you. You are responsible for return shipping and handling cost..

If you are unhappy with your purchase or simply changed your mind, we sincerely apologize that we were unable to meet your satisfaction. Please see our return policy.

What If My Item Arrived Damaged?

We understand that these things happen from time to time and sincerely apologize. Please know that we handle each and every order carefully and package each to endure a hectic transit. If your item arrives damaged, please send a clear picture of it within 24 hours of delivery to our email info@lovelyintelligentbeauti.com with your order info (order number) and a replacement of the purchased item will be mailed to you. Please allow 72 hours for a response from us.

What if my order is lost?
Each order get a tracking number. Contact us and we will provide you with tracking number and will see what happened to your order.
