How Fast Do You Ship Orders?

How fast you get your order will depend on your purchase. Each product has the shipping time expect on the product page. However, we do process most orders within 1-7 business days in order to provide quality service to our customers. All US orders are shipped for free.

What is your standard shipping rate?

We offer free domestic shipping to US customers. Shipping is calculated at check out for customers outside of the US.

How Do I Return My Order?

Please reach out to us via email at info@lovelyintelligentbeauti.com with your order information and the reason for your return, and we will be happy to assist you with your return process. All products must be returned within 7 days after delivery.

Reasons you can return orders:

  • 1. Product (s) arrived damaged
  • 2. Customer ordered or received the wrong product

Can I Return My Purchase If I Change My Mind or Am Unhappy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase or simply changed your mind, we sincerely apologize that we were unable to meet your satisfaction. However, we do not accept returns.

  • 2. Customer ordered or received the wrong product

What time of day do you usually ship your order?

Most of our orders are shipped before 3pm (Central Time) the same day to ensure timely delivery. Orders placed after 3PM (Central Time) are shipped next morning.

 How do you ship orders?

To ensure the safety & delivery of orders placed on our site, we tri package our products. This means that your products is/are placed in three different package holders before being dropped off to the post office. Products are first placed in a pink product bag, then placed into a product display pouch, and then lastly placed into a polymer envelope (or a USPS box depending on the size of the order).

Can you give me a tracking number for my order?
Yes. You will get your tracking number in your confirmation email or simply contact us, we are always happy send it to you.

If I order now, when can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders are usually shipped after processing time per each product and delivered to your door.

What if my order is delayed?
Each order gets a tracking number provided by the carrier. It's very easy to track it and all delays can be monitored.

What If My Item Arrived Damaged?

We understand that these things happen from time to time and sincerely apologize. Please know that we handle each and every order carefully and package each to endure a hectic transit. If your item arrives damaged, please send a clear picture of it within 24 hours of delivery to our email info@lovelyintelligentbeauti.com with your order info (order number) and a replacement of the purchased item will be mailed to you. Please allow 72 hours for a response from us.

What if my order is lost?
Each order gets a tracking number. Contact us and we will provide you with tracking number and will see what happened to your order.

Do I get a notification when my order is shipped?
Yes, always. You will get an email notification.

 Is my shipment insured?
Yes. If your order is over $100. Orders less than $100 are not insured.

Is every order getting a delivery confirmation?
Yes. Delivery confirmation and tracking number is sent to you via email after we shipped your order.

Do you process and ship international orders?
Yes, of course.

What is your return policy? 

If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us at info@lovelyintelligentbeauti.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note the following conditions:

To return your online purchase that arrived damaged, please email our customer service team at info@lovelyintelligentbeauti.com with your order number. Make sure the product is in the original packaging and include the packing slip in the return package.

Return shipping costs to our address is your responsibility.
